Wait for official Palm Beach County all-clear Report downed power lines to FPL: 800-468-8243 Do NOT enter property if structural damage is visible Full exterior perimeter walkthrough Check roof from ground for missing or lifted tiles Inspect gutters and downspouts for damage Check all windows and doors for water intrusion Inspect pool for damage — do NOT run equipment until cleared Check for fallen trees or branches on structure Check fence for damage or leaning Check all ceilings and walls for leaks or water staining Check AC unit exterior — clear debris before restarting Check circuit breaker — reset tripped breakers Check for gas leaks before using appliances Photo document ALL damage before cleanup Call Cousins AC (954-596-6999 / Bendy) if AC damage Contact homeowner insurance provider Send full photo report to homeowner Remove storm shutters once all-clear confirmed Return outdoor furniture and items outside Restart pool equipment after inspection
